I was texted this morning asking to verify 2052220252 Dwayne allen was part of our company renting 1st st. In Anderson.

I called Dwayne...
Immediately received a text from Peggy...
 

The response I received....

Some back and forth on meeting at the property and then finally the Scam...

That’s perfect time for me, and you’ll need complete the online application form first so I can verify your information and determine your eligibility for a tour. The application fee is $70 per adult and is fully refundable. Once your application is approved, we can schedule a meeting at the property for the tour and key handover. If you decide not to proceed after viewing the property, your $70 will be refunded."
